My desire is to share the wealth of knowledge and experience I have after five decades of leadership experience in commercial arts, nonprofit arts, government and foundation arts support. It is one thing to START an arts organization - and I’ve been involved in starting a dozen arts organizations - but it is another thing to see them continue beyond the founder’s involvement. Many of the organizations of which I’ve been a founder are still operating without me. 

I’m available to advise on starting an organization, on building a working board, on creating a sustainable funding model, and most of all on creating an exciting product and a nurturing environment for participation.

I’m available for an ideation session, practical planning, or even short term producing - all to get you going, to bring out creativity, and to develop the procedures and structure to make those dreams (you didn’t even know you had) come true. Depending on the need I have a team of other consultants that can help us in whatever area needs further development.
